Currency
Please note that the currency used throughout the site is Great Britain Pounds Sterling (£) unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping and Order fulfillment
Post and packing is charged at the following rates where applicable (based on the value of the order):

• UK - Standard 2nd Class Post or Business Post - 15%
  
• UK - Optional 1st Class Post (or Business Post*) - 20%
  
• Europe - Airmail - 20%
  
• North America/ Rest of World - Airmail - 30%

*We reserve the right to use business post or similar for heavier shipments

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

However - Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt but usually on the same day if before midday and in stock. We will contact you before shipping if any items are out of stock and likely to take more than a few days to obtain. Items are charged upon dispatch.

Please allow up to two weeks (10 working days) for deliveries outside the UK as most postal carriers will not consider an item "lost" before this period has expired. For UK customers this would normally be one week.

If you are placing a large order (£100+) you can always contact us after placing the order to see if we can arrange alternative discounted shipping.

Refunds and exchanges
We will replace, exchange goods or offer refunds within a reasonable period if you are not satisfied with your purchases or if they are damaged upon receipt. Where goods are returned as not wanted this does depend on them being sent back in resaleable condition. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure of your purchase.

VAT
We are VAT registered in the UK but note that that books and magazines are zero VAT items in the UK so for the majority of items there is no sales tax. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding tax and your order.

Payment
Unless credit terms are in place all items must be paid for in full before shipping. All items remain the property of Wessex Astrologer Ltd until paid for in full. Wessex Astrologer reserve the right to charge for removal of goods where payment is not received and/or billing for charges already incurred where item is not wanted or ordered in error.
